Since the kiosk is a product intended for restaurant owners. The main challenge in the design was to adapt the design to hundreds of restaurants. Using the back office of the software, the owner can edit the user interface by changing the images, backgrounds, colors and fonts according to his own brand.
Together with developers we worked on user experience of the software back- office editor. The main challenge was to make the software intuitive to the customer so that he could upload his own products by himself.
Give him complete freedom in defining his brand, but also knowing where to set the boundaries within the system.
