The Urban Plant Nursery has hundreds of types of plants, tools and accessories for urban gardening. Located in the center of Tel Aviv, Israel, the nursery offers urban residents an opportunity to bring a greener lifestyle into their home and experience parenting plants in the city environment.

The Urban Plant Nursery offers hundreds of different plants for sale in dozens of categories - a wonderful yet somewhat overwhelming shopping experience.
In order to streamline and ease the user shopping experience, we redefined the plant sizes. and created several types of ranges for each size.
In order to increase sales, the customer can increase product quantity by color. Thus giving the customer a different, and much more intuitive shopping experience.
To complete the purchase, the system offers the customer tools who matches to the plant in terms of size. And all this through a formula that calculates the circumference of the soil of the plant.

CHALLENGE
We reduced the number of categories by half and made the products more easily accessible to consumers.
